The place was clean. The room hadn’t been aired out for a while, so we left the air‑conditioner on and went out to dinner. When my husband and I returned, the room felt much better.

This place is a hidden gem. My husband and I were worried it would be noisy because it’s close to the airport, but it wasn’t at all. We were also concerned about other Super 8s having unpleasant smells or being dirty, but after reading other reviews we took a chance. The property met all four C’s. The building is old, but the owners are updating it. Clean: our room was spotless and we checked for bedbugs with none. Amy, the receptionist, was very friendly and kind. Cheap: the price included breakfast, and we were near various eateries if we wanted more. Convenient: it was easy to get on and off the highway, and the nearby shopping plaza had Sam’s, Walmart, and many restaurants and fast‑food spots. Comfortable: the beds were cozy, we could adjust the room temperature, and the shower worked well. We also had a mini‑fridge for snacks. The only improvement would be more lighting during renovations. Other than that, we’re very pleased and plan to return on our next drive.

The location and door entrance were good. The shower handicap seat broke where you sit, and the room they moved me to had the same type of seat but no space for legs—needs some updates.
