The Pension Cotton Farm is just steps from the Annapuri Gondola, but aside from that, the staff – Yu & Yuki – the owners are the most accommodating, kind, and fun hosts we’ve ever met. We travel all over the world and will stay in touch with Yu & Yuki like family. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is warm, and we will always stay here when traveling in Niseko. Highly highly recommend!

The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile, making our trip unforgettable, and the location is practically ski‑in/ski‑out. I honestly can’t think of anything to add.

We had a lovely stay here; Yu and her husband were extremely helpful and friendly, and breakfast was great too. Highly recommend.
