The staff here are incredible. Annie herself is a sweet person who stayed up for my late arrival because of the insane Jakarta traffic. Though I was only here a few nights, by the end all the staff felt like friends despite the language barrier. Breakfast is traditional but pretty good, and the service feels like a restaurant. I recommend giving it a try, but if they serve fried fish, be aware it has many small bones. The location couldn't have been better, in my opinion. There is a massive variety of food options both street and restaurant nearby, plus a lot of shopping. The room I got was a corner room that felt very secure and private. It has a balcony that allows for smoking and a small refrigerator to keep things cool. Annie mentioned before my stay that the water heater doesn't work, but I found the water to be quite warm anyway. The air-conditioning in my room could be a bit colder, but it was functional and kept the room cool enough for good sleep.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for us and the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the very tasty and generous breakfast. The beautiful terrace with many plants was a real highlight – quiet, green, and very pleasant for relaxing. Overall everything fit perfectly and we felt very comfortable. We would come back anytime! During our stay there was nothing to complain about. We were completely satisfied.

The place and comfort are good. There are still many things that need improvement: some lights do not work, the TV has only one outlet, and the STB cannot be used.
