I was pleased to find the subway only a few steps away, and the staff gave me clear instructions on how to access my room and useful public‑transport tips before I arrived. The bed was hard, the walls let a lot of noise through, the mattress creaked whenever I shifted, and the shower pressure was weak.

Overall, everything was good, and the transport to the city center and the airport was super convenient. The shower was very small, a person with a larger belly would not fit in the cabin, there were no free toiletries as promised, and the bedding for the duvet was odd.

The apartment sits right next to the metro, which is very convenient, and the neighbourhood is friendly. However, the neighbours are loud, we wished there were more dishes, at least glasses, and the shower temperature was hard to adjust.

Everything was excellent. Elena handled every question with attentiveness, let us in before the scheduled time, and the check‑in was easy. It’s close to public transport that takes you to Ciampino Airport, and the metro to Termini. The area is surrounded by shops for everything you need. No doubt we’ll return.
