In the room I stayed, either the shower or the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and the room even flooded. The staff were unhelpful.

Parking was difficult to enter because the street is narrow and the surrounding streets were closed; the delay caused extra traffic.

The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Even on busy days, the service to guests didn’t suffer. Breakfast is varied and tasty. The avenue where the hotel sits is very busy and somewhat chaotic.

The staff are very helpful, but the bathroom water in my room didn’t work properly, and the ceviche tasted like almost a lemon soup with fish that didn’t feel fresh at all.
