The location was very good, in a quiet and safe area; the beach there isn’t great, but about 500 m away it’s much better. The view of the sea is gone now because a new building has been erected in the middle. The sofa is quite uncomfortable for sleeping.

The sea‑side location is a real perk and the full kitchen makes it easy to cook meals calmly and comfortably. The flat is very well equipped, almost a house by the sea. On the downside, the room’s air‑conditioner didn’t work, probably a simple fix would solve it, and there was no pressure cooker.

I liked that the resort had a heated pool, a restaurant, an ice‑cream machine, and a market. It’s amazing. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for guests, and it’s by the sea. I’ll definitely come back!

The place is well set up with common areas, especially kid’s play zones, pools in great condition, and a gym with good equipment. I rented two apartments to comfortably house my whole family, as stated at booking. When we arrived, one apartment (104C) was only partially furnished, so I had to ask for extra towels and a blanket, but the blanket never arrived. Each bathroom had just one roll of toilet paper, and the coffee maker had a loose part. The Wi‑Fi login and password were inactive, and the living room AC stopped working. Even after contacting the management company, neither issue was fixed. The other unit (208D) was worse: room service never came, and there were no towels, bedding, toilet paper, or kitchen supplies (soap, sponge, dish‑drying cloth). It was a huge disregard for a property of this level and price. Finally, we asked the housekeeper for a towel and bedding because my son’s diaper leaked, but we never received the requested items. My family and I were so upset that we decided to leave early, feeling disrespected and unsupported.
