The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good for the price, and the location was excellent, yet our bathroom had an extreme cold‑smoke odor that was unpleasant.

The staff were lovely, the room was nice, and breakfast was delightful; the location is convenient for getting to Venice. Walking alone late at night from the train station isn’t safe, though I should have checked that myself.

The location is good, but there was a lot of noise from guests in the hallway—people talking loudly or slamming doors during quiet hours.

The location is central, just a short walk from the city center, and the staff at reception and during breakfast were very courteous and attentive; I arrived early and they prepared everything I wanted. However, I’d suggest installing lights that turn on automatically on the stairs and in the corridors, as finding the switches in the dark isn’t always easy. I didn’t use the tiny elevator, preferring the stairs, and the bathroom sink is a bit small but manageable.
