The bus line 5 offers good transport links and the room was clean, but like many cheap rooms in Vietnam, there is no window and the room feels a bit cramped; I stayed multiple nights but had to ask for water each time.

“Disappointed”

I booked two rooms at this hotel and asked for an early check‑in around 12 pm because I was traveling with elderly family members and was willing to pay extra, but the staff said we had to wait until the official check‑in time of 2 pm. When we arrived at 2 pm, they informed us that only one room was available and offered us two single rooms until 6 pm because the previous guests had not yet left. They insisted we take the two single rooms, which was exhausting after waiting all day, and it turned out those rooms could not accommodate the five adults in our group. I decided to cancel instead of continue waiting because my family needed rest, and I found another hotel within walking distance that could secure two rooms for us. The owner and staff should not keep new guests waiting simply because current guests extended their stay; it was especially hard for us with the elderly travelers, and we had waited hours only to learn that our promised rooms were still unavailable. The lack of early notification about the room availability was disappointing and a real let‑down.

The owners and staff were very friendly and ensured I was comfortable, the area was very quiet, and it was a great spot for relaxation.
