The service was good, but a group nearby was quite noisy, and the flute at breakfast wasn’t necessary.

The receptionist was extremely helpful, the restaurant served dishes right after they were prepared, and the freshly made fruit juice at breakfast was delicious.

I spent five nights at this hotel; the décor was very stylish and the cleaning was thorough. All the staff were kind and seemed to enjoy their work. They arranged sightseeing cars, tickets for the Katakari show, and rental bicycles, meeting every request. Even though our English is limited, they made sure we understood everything. I’m very grateful for the staff’s kindness—thank you!
