The hotel is very comfortable, breakfast is good and varied, and room service is limited but available until very late. Facilities and food were lacking.

The location. The staff were quite unpleasant, especially at reception; they refused to give us face towels, only shower ones, and the explanation was absurd. I've stayed at other Ibis and never had this.
