“INSALUBRE!”

Hotel pessimo! Mofo absurdo em banheiro e quarto. Foi me oferecido um quarto insalubre, sem janelas e com o teto igual a foto. Quarto cheirando mofo, insalubre, igual a foto que anexei. Foi combinado o estorno porém, não foi realizado o combinado! DONO MAL CARÁTER!

“O desconforto nunca será compensado pelo boa localização!”

The location was fine, but the towels were so thin they looked like diapers and almost tore. The shower water barely heated, and the bathroom box leaked all over the room. Insects appeared in the room and small roaches in the bathroom. It was very noisy at night because of the music from the bars next door.

I spent everything on a cozy, clean room, and the breakfast was simple and tasty, though a few improvements were needed. The breakfast had some tasty items but was missing things like pão de queijo and a yogurt, and there were no disposable cups—for example, on Saturday I ordered pizza but there was no cup for the soda. Another issue was the TV; a newer model that supports YouTube and other apps would be better.

The hotel was simple and no-frills, but it met the expectations for its concept. The only downside was the missing bath towel.
