Pearl Hotel Phu Quoc

The family room was very nice, spacious, with two toilets and clean, and the hotel is close to the beach with several restaurants nearby; however, the room had windows facing the wall, essentially windowless, which was not mentioned in our booking and had happened before; we paid for breakfast but it was served at a restaurant around the corner, where we were denied entry because they couldn’t find our payment, then after returning to the hotel and waiting while the receptionist checked on the phone, we were told we booked too late even though it was only about 40 minutes until breakfast closed; we never used that service again, instead we found another breakfast spot; the lady receptionist was nice but didn’t speak English well; there’s no place to wash your feet on the beach unless you book a service, which is basic after coming from a sandy beach.

The location is great, just a 3‑minute walk to the coolest free beach; the house is on the first line, the closest of all, very cool; on the neighboring street, opposite the house, there’s a lane with shops and cafés; breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are easily accessible; a big plus is that you can just go to the neighboring large hotel in the evening to play tennis or billiards, or if you go a bit further you can enter Marriott’s premises and spend the evening there; there’s no security, which is beautiful; overall the location is awesome!

The room was nice with a very pretty bathroom, and it’s really close to the beach.

The place is ridiculously close to Khem Beach, which is a huge plus.
