“Very bad.”

The rooms were cramped, not even 30 square meters; the one I stayed in had the WC directly in front of the shower, no towel hooks in the bathroom, only a single light switch at the room entrance, no bedside switch, and just one charging point. They use manual key locks, so guests can’t leave the AC on while they’re away. The pool was dirty and there was no seating nearby. At check‑out, no staff were at reception and I had to wait 10 minutes to get my security deposit back.

The staff were courteous and polite, especially Ms. Ice at reception, and the welcome was warm; the place was clean, easy to reach, and the surrounding services were convenient. The fridge was old, the pillows needed replacing, a security deposit or passport hold was required, the elevator started only from the first floor so there was no lift from the ground floor, and the night clubs and restaurants played loud music until the morning, which was annoying.
