Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The place turned out to be nowhere near what I had booked. It was a whole kilometre away from the original address and the quality was a lot lower than I expected. I was pretty disappointed.

The room was surprisingly spacious – a big double bed, a couch, and plenty of room to unwind. It was quiet, the showers had good pressure and temperature, so I slept well. On the downside, they ran out of toilet paper the whole time and the couch had a noticeable stain.

I couldn't check in at all – no email with instructions, the bar staff had no idea about the accommodation, and the phone number was dead. After an initial email promise that never came, I was left standing on the street with no help. A random passerby let me in, but the area was dirty and I got no response afterward.

The advertised private shower was a lie – the bathroom was full of mold and the kitchen had nothing, not even teaspoons. On top of that, the staff were rude, even hanging up on me when I called. It felt like a serious breach of customer service.
