The room was clean and tidy, with a great view of the Nile, and at the top there’s a bar/restaurant with excellent food.

The hotel overlooks the Nile and the atmosphere is beautiful; the rooms are spacious and clean, and 24‑hour service is available. The reception staff are top‑class in respect and cooperation.

The hotel’s setting is beautiful and the balcony overlooking the Nile gives you a full experience of the Nile’s beauty, the service is good, and the staff are respectful and helpful. However, the hotel is severely lacking in organization and cleanliness; the entrance is always blocked by a car, causing trouble with entry, and the room service needs better training and higher quality.
