Great location and the deck view was amazing, but the bed was so uncomfortable with big dents and bumps that I could almost order a new one on Amazon for a couple hundred bucks; I never expected a stay to have such a miserable old mattress, and it wasn’t mentioned that the pool and hot tub were closed, which meant we couldn’t send the kids to swim for some alone time.

They offered a sister property and communication was excellent, but I had to move because of maintenance problems – the unit was dusty, smelly, and the temperature was extreme, and the bed was lopsided and sunken.

The place was quiet, but the check‑in and check‑out times were a hassle, and I had to empty the trash—so leaving early also meant cleaning up the room.
