We really liked the flexible check‑in hours (we arrived at 2 a.m.) and the courteous front‑desk staff who provided a towel and a hand‑washing cup, all with a friendly smile – definitely worth a visit. The only downside was that the bathroom soap was a bit lacking; I didn’t ask for more, but they probably had extra.

Nothing special. The price was steep at 830 UAH for a bed in a sixth‑floor room, the hot water was missing, and the shower used shampoo sachets even though I was alone in the room. There was an unpleasant odor and the bed was uncomfortable, so I’ll stop staying here.
