1. All the facilities in our suite room were excellent 2. Delicious Indian food. Excellent staff e.g. Saad, Alok, and everyone 3. Huge central ground/ courtyard 4. Comfortable king-size bed 5. The number lock of.our suitcase wasn't working (wasn't opening). The staff helped us with figuring out how to open it. 1. The reception didn't have any English-speaking staff, but Saad and Google helped translate 2. The reception was not manned 24x7 3. We had to checkout early morning and the door to the campus was closed. There was no one at the reception or at the door, and the WhatsApp number was not responding. We had to figure out how to open it ourselves. Thankfully, it wasn't locked. 4. The fixed breakfast timing was very limited (8-9 AM) but perhaps understandable in such a remote location and in this season

“A decent stay in the quiet Saty village. Restaurant located in property”

1. The layout of the units in the property is quite good giving ample central space in between. 2. The apartment unit is spacious with living room, two rooms and basic kitchenette. Unit has outdoor seating area with furniture 3. Unit was overall clean and heating in the unit worked very well 4 Restaurant is located in the property which is a plus in Saty village. 1. The beds were not comfortable. Mattress in master bedroom had sag. Other room with twin beds had poor quality springs resulting in sag! 2. Bedsheets were of low quality and slippery and towels were also of low quality 3. Hospitality service was basic. I had to ask for bottled water in room which is usually kept in room before check-in 4. Breakfast in Indian restaurant was very basic (same menu everyday with no option to change) 5. Very basic Indian restaurant which has cost equivalent to a fine dining one in Almaty

The accommodation was beautiful, the view great, the room spotless and new, and the heating system worked well. The downside was a strong cow manure smell from the livestock the owner kept.

“Great location, amazing food and decent staff!”

Finding the property was a breeze thanks to the on‑site restaurant, and it was within walking distance of convenience stores and a lovely stream. A fireplace would have made the cold nights in Saty even better.
