A motorbike ride from the train station takes only ten minutes, the spot is convenient, and the small space has all the essentials, but the soundproofing is poor and the neighbor’s door slams and the fan is loud.

The price is cheap for a family room, and the first floor has many cute cats that you can see; to interact you need to ask for permission, parking is difficult, and the room may have been cleaned by the owner alone so there’s a bit of dust that you’ll need to wipe off—aside from the dust and parking, the value is high. The bedside table and the wall‑side bed both have dust.
