The location is great and the host is very friendly; the bedrooms are spacious and the rooftop area is good—perfect for our two days in Tblisi. It feels a little dated, but it’s still really ideal for our trip.

The place is neglected, you have to climb three floors on foot, everything is old, but the location is good; the owners are older and nice people, yet the place is very low‑level.

The owners are absolutely lovely; staying in the upper part of their house and walking through their hallway makes you feel like you’re living in Tbilisi. The accommodation features a large terrace, air‑conditioning, a spacious bathroom, two comfortable rooms, and a kitchen with all the conveniences. The owners were super accommodating with parking our van, which was a bit larger than regular cars and required some maneuvering. Thank you! The only minor issue was that the hot water didn’t last very long at times, and the kitchen is quite old, but it was a small bother.

The location is in the city center, everything is close by. The rooftop panorama is simply stunning, perfect for an evening sit‑down. The arrangement of rooms, bathroom, kitchen, and terrace is very interesting. As with any part of the old town, the streets are narrow, which causes parking problems. We parked our car, but it took a bit of time to find a spot. It’s not a huge drawback, but you should note that the last floor is reached by a narrow, steep, spiral staircase; if you have mobility issues, this option may not suit you.

The host is wonderful and welcoming! The roof is equipped for dining and offers great views of Tbilisi. Highly recommended!
