Tutto.stanza bellissima e spaziosissima, su due livelli con il soppalco servito da una grande scala. Bagno ampio e ben organizzato. Top la navetta per il salone nautico. La domenica siamo andati alla acquario che è proprio di fronte. Colazione con ampia scelta e possibilità di ordinare tante pietanze diverse. Niente

The staff were very kind and attentive, with great courtesy. The breakfast was of the highest quality. The services are top‑tier for a four‑star hotel. The room’s cleanliness was lacking: the sofa bed was dusty, the fake flowers were extremely dusty, the picture frames were never cleaned, and the shower box leaked water.

We were pleasantly surprised. The location was directly in the harbor, our room faced the courtyard with a poor view, but when you’re sleeping you don’t see it. It’s a large, representative building, rooms start from the second floor, very spacious, minimalistic but practical, and the breakfast from the Michelin‑starred restaurant was great. Parking in the underground garage is at a special rate. However, you have to love Genoa; it’s a harbor city, and we wouldn’t visit it again. It’s a shame, but Hotel de Ville is definitely recommended. Nothing negative comes to mind.

We were greeted warmly by Gabriel at the reception, who kindly escorted us to the parking lot, whose entrance was a bit hard to locate. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of the city centre. The room was spacious and quiet. We suggest visiting the nearby Musée de la Marine. The breakfast service could use improvement: supplies were limited and the service was mediocre. It’s easier and cheaper to grab breakfast at the McDonald’s below the hotel.
