Breakfast was delicious and the portions were generous. We booked three rooms but only one had a working air‑conditioner; the other two stayed warm. When we complained, the front desk blamed the large glass‑walled rooms and the strong sun, saying they would cool down once the sun went down, yet even at 10 pm, after dinner, the rooms were still hot and we had to use fans to sleep. One room even had dried lizard droppings on the mattress when we arrived, suggesting the room hadn’t been used for a while and staff hadn’t checked it before handing it over. In the afternoon the pool area was being used for a swimming‑lesson class, which created a lot of noise and took away the privacy normally expected by guests.

The room was large and airy with good air conditioning. A couple of chairs on the balcony would have been nice.
