Each room features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a private bathroom with shower, and hair dryer. A buffet breakfast is served, and multilingual staff provide 24-hour assistance at the reception, just 1.5 km from Zurich Opera House and Swiss National Museum.

The room was soundproof, which was great. However, there were no glasses or water in the room, and we had to wait a long time before being given a room.

The hotel sits in a great spot for business travelers heading to Zurich, and the building itself is a beautiful former bank. The bar is stylishly decorated, the breakfast is tasty, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend it.

The first night in Switzerland was a good experience: the beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bar service was excellent, even though I only asked for water, and the bartender was very communicative.

It was okay. The room was comfortable enough, the shower worked well, the bed was comfy, and the A/C was good. Breakfast was fine, but there was no hot food. The location was acceptable, a 15‑minute walk from Zurich HB and a few minutes from an alternate station. The hotel itself was generally quiet, and the check‑in staff were helpful and friendly. The downside was the huge hotel – walking from the lift to our room was a long trek – and it was the only place we stayed during our month‑long trip that had no hot food at breakfast.
