The stay was overall fine; parking was available and the location was convenient for us, and the room was clean. However, we had noisy party‑loving neighbors with loud music and partying until about 5 am, and the staff wouldn’t relocate us. All they did was tell them to tone it down, but they only did that briefly and kept partying. Dealing with that all night was horrible; the staff could have made it better but they didn’t.

The location was decent and the hotel was clean, but the hotel refused to give us our breakfast voucher even though the user terms said it was included; we paid about 80 for a family of four despite showing and telling the receptionist that it was included.
