After paying and checking into the family room, black mold was visible on the wall and a very pungent smell was present. I asked the front desk if I could switch rooms, but their response was to mop the floor with Dettol, open the window, and claim that there was no smell. This solution was simply inadequate, so I demanded a refund, which they rejected and told me to contact the payment processor, even though the transaction was handled directly by the hotel and not through Booking. I had to book another hotel at a much higher cost to stay that night because the room was not safe for habitation, and I did not receive any money back. Do not stay here if you value your health and money; it is a total scam.

I love the very strategic location. The air conditioner in my room 317 was leaking.
