It was quiet, but the facilities needed repair: the washbasin was almost clogged and loose from the wall, the flush was faulty, there were few hangers, the wardrobe had a moldy odor, the curtains were dirty, the pool was never used, and the breakfast was just average.

The welcome was warm, the staff were cheerful, everything was organized and clean, the quality and comfort were top, the breakfast was excellent, and the plain coffee was so good that only my grandma could match it—after seven years I had never tasted coffee that perfect; kudos to the team, nothing to criticize.
