The rooms were close together and spotless, and the reception, lifts, and corridors were kept tidy with water at the front desk; the staff were helpful and even upgraded me to a park‑facing room when I asked. The restaurant was open all the time and offered tasty food at reasonable prices, and the breakfast buffet was a solid choice. The hotel’s location was easy to reach and close to many good restaurants, and the area was quiet with a friendly vibe for walking. The only downside was that hot water took a long time to arrive, and on some days there was none at all—people with kids or the elderly should check the hot water before settling in.

This is a solid hotel in a great spot in Gachibowli; everything you need is within walking distance of the main road, plenty of restaurants, and close to AMB mall. The breakfast spread was good.

Did not like much. 1. We had a booking for 2 people. However whenever the room service would clean the room they would keep only 1 towel. Despite reminding them multiple times they would do the same. 2. For the price there was no refrigerator. 3. For the price the room was too small. 4. The complementary breakfast provided is very poor. They would not turn the AC on and expect the guests to eat breakfast without fan / AC. Very limited options. Bread is always dry. No butter provided. No tap water kept ready at the table. If water was asked the waiter would bring a 500 ml bottle and the restaurant owner will later tell that the bottle is chargeable that too 30 Rs for 500 ml bottle. 5. The room after cleaning would not look much different. They seem to be using the same bed sheets. 6. The water bottle provided by the hotel was given only on the first day, for the next days until checkin no bottle was given
