A totally stylish hotel in the best part of Osaka. The staff put in a lot of effort. Breakfast is good, but could be better. The bar lets you enjoy a shisha too. The open‑air bar on the pool and gym level is very nice. Great service. We could explore Osaka from the W via metro, taxi, and on foot. The neighborhood is pure luxury, with all the top brands and their flagship stores. The pool is there – nicely installed, but already quite small.

Amazing hotel with new facilities. The staff was excellent and super nice to children. The food was really good. We would come back in a heartbeat. I wish the swimming pool was a bit bigger and less crowded
