The staff welcomed us warmly even with my dog, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was great—I’ll gladly return!

Location: directly by the lake, directly at the train station—plenty of parking. The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, especially the Poschiavo specialties like tea, cheese, yogurt, etc. On the first day we had issues with cleanliness/odor in the toilet, but after complaining at the front desk the problem was fixed, and an apology was offered along with a small compensation. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs the kitchen made were not good.

The hotel’s spot in town is spot‑on, and the staff greeted us like family, making the honeymoon feel extra special when they upgraded us to a suite. The restaurant dishes were fantastic, the breakfast solid, and the lake and train station were just a short walk away. The rooms and building were gorgeous, and everything felt utterly romantic—no complaints at all.
