The staff, cleanliness, room comfort, and beach were all good. The pictures are outdated, showing only four water slides, the pools have been altered and there are only two left, and the cleaning lady at check‑out, even though it wasn’t 12 pm yet, threw some of what she found in the room into a trash bag, left the rest on her cleaning cart, and even threw out a car that I had bought there. She claimed it wasn’t in the room, but I know for sure it was because I had placed all the child’s cars next to my luggage; there were only three of them.

The staff were very friendly, the buffet at every meal was great, the beach was beautiful, the sea was very clean, and there were slides at the pool. The bathroom fixtures were a bit lacking.

There was nothing to complain about: the rooms were clean, the staff service was excellent, the food was very varied with many choices, and the sand beach was lovely with no pebbles. I will definitely book again.

The location was very good, the sandy beach had a gentle slope, it was perfect for children and the elderly, the beach loungers were convenient, the food was tasty, the hot sauna was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and the room was large (we had a room for three).

The facilities, staff, and service quality were good, but the coffee was terrible and the coffee machines need to be replaced as soon as possible.
