The sink bowl was shattered into pieces and the floor was rising up, making it a real trip hazard and leaving the place filthy.

The front desk staff were friendly, but everything else was awful: the pool was still under construction, my room had roaches, mold on lamps and chairs, spiders, and a terrible odor. A Gatorade bottle lid was stuck on the dresser, and that was just the first room. I recorded a video, but the platform wouldn’t let me upload it. After I complained, they moved me to another low‑quality room that smelled better, yet I still spotted a roach and the TV was broken and unusable.
