“Excellent location right by the beach, but on the pricey side.”
The accommodation was clean, roomy, and well‑equipped in an unbeatable spot. The beach was just a few steps away, shaded by beautiful trees that gave natural cooling—a real blessing in the summer heat. The soundproofing was also excellent. However, the price was on the higher side. Before arrival we received several emails asking for our check‑in time, which felt a bit overwhelming. It turned out that check‑in is flexible after 2 PM and fully self‑service via a key lock box, so the host’s presence isn’t required at all—this could have been clarified earlier. The PDF with property details contained wrong GPS coordinates, placing the place several kilometres from its actual location, which caused confusion on arrival. Both my partner and I had trouble sleeping during the stay, though we’re not sure why. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but communication and pre‑arrival info could improve.
The room was very clean, charming, and modern with a sea view. The beach is just downstairs. The staff were very nice, responsible, and extremely friendly.

Everything was absolutely wonderful and the service was excellent. Andrea, our host during the period, was outstanding—an incredible person who showed compassion and was service‑oriented in every situation, from A to Ö. We are so satisfied that we’ll book this place again soon. This spot has a special meaning for us because of family reasons after this trip. See you again soon!
The location is superb: you can walk to both the city centre of Trogir and the highly recommended Copacabana beach in Okrug Gornji. The room and hallway were very clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. The photos match the room exactly, which isn’t always the case these days. The host was especially friendly and answered questions quickly and helpfully. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and will gladly return.
