DM Hoteles Arequipa

The overall setup is very nice, the beds are comfortable, and everything is very clean. The breakfast is basic and the price versus the location is not good; I found it very expensive because for that price I could get a hotel with a buffet breakfast and a more accessible location.

The facilities look nice and the rooms are spacious; the staff, especially the receptionist and the front desk team, are friendly and very courteous. The kids’ play area is large and has a security gate. However, the bathrooms only have liquid soap for both shower and vanity, there’s no bottled water in the rooms, and the common areas need maintenance. The pools aren’t heated.

“Disfrutamos de las dependencias y de la tranquilidad del lugar, no creo volver.”

Breakfast was simple and didn’t match the advertised variety. The buildings were clean but old and poorly maintained. The room assigned was fine, clean, with a comfortable bed and a quiet environment; I liked the pool and the game room with pool tables, and the staff were friendly. I didn’t appreciate the worn, neglected look of the exterior and interior, which felt cold; although the rooms were good, the overall feel was dated.

“lo mas probable que no vuelva a su hotel”

Breakfast was very basic and poor, and I didn’t find the location to be good.

“Bien, pero deben mejorar”

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, which was top-notch. Unfortunately, the rooms showed signs of wear and tear, which detracted from my overall experience. Despite this, I appreciated the effort to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
