I usually stay at the Moji-Kaigan Route Inn, which feels very retro, but this place was convenient with a card key system. As the reviews mentioned, the “imo-mochi” at breakfast was delicious, and the small table near the bed for phones and drinks was very handy. After the bath, the relaxation room that the Moji‑Kaigan Route Inn offered was missing here, which was disappointing. The bath itself was quite small, and with three washbasins, it could get crowded and require waiting. The front desk staff were all male, giving the hotel a more sports‑club vibe than a traditional hotel.

The environment was quiet, and although the parking was first‑come‑first‑served, it was free, which was a big plus. The large public bath was probably a hot spring, and there was a bag for storing luggage while going to the bath. Even with breakfast included, the price was cheap, and the breakfast menu was diverse and tasty. Checking out was very easy, and the building itself was clean. The breakfast hall was cramped, and when there were many guests, moving around became difficult. The large bath was a bit small, but the TV screen showed how crowded it was, which was useful. There was a cooler, which was good, but it was on the first floor, so it was inconvenient unless you were already there. The information said there was a massage machine, but it seemed to be missing, which was disappointing; I wish they had removed that claim if it wasn’t there.
