The hotel sits right in the heart of Ximending, just a 2‑minute walk to the MRT, and the snack room offers an endless supply of sodas, tea, coffee and crisps; the staff were helpful and friendly. However, the rooms and common areas look tired and faded, and our room was very dark with a concrete wall right outside the window.

The hotel’s location and the size of the room were great, but the TV was small and far from the bed, and the hallway walls were dirty.

The location in the middle of Ximending is excellent, and the drinks and snacks on floor 3 are nice. The place is a bit worn in some spots but still clean, and it can get a little noisy from the street at night, which is the trade‑off for staying so centrally.

Being in the middle of the crowded Ximending, you’re within walking distance to Uniqlo, GU and Dondonki, which I love about the location, but the room is small.
