“Amazing Place in Newport's Nye Beach Neighborhood”
We just stayed at "The Louie" for the first time and we’re hooked. Unit #6 feels like a small apartment, complete with a full kitchen, a huge walk‑in shower, a comfy living room, and plenty of storage. The decor is gorgeous, and the turntable, vinyl collection, two radios (super cool), and two TVs keep boredom at bay. The only downside is that it’s smack in the middle of Nye Beach, so you’re surrounded by Spanish Tapas Bar across the street and all the nearby cafés, shops, and options. It’s a beautiful stay in a beautiful area. On top of that, the whole process is 100 % remote, so no check‑in lines. The one staff member we spoke to on site was friendly, and any help we needed was just a phone call away. Property Management kept us in the loop with regular updates, and we even managed to check in over two hours early. The only suggestion is that each unit should have at least one reserved parking spot. There are six units but only three spots, plus one handicapped spot, so it might not be possible. We didn’t have a problem parking on the street in front of the property, but this was off‑season. I can see parking becoming a big headache during peak season.
