Convenient transport and plenty of department stores and shopping malls around, but the lower floor needs a better solution for cigarette smoke coming up.

The location was perfect with Takashimaya, a shopping street, restaurants, and a train station right nearby, and each room was spacious, giving privacy for bathroom, makeup, and shower unlike most hotels. However, sometimes the toilet flushing was poor and I had to flush multiple times, and the good location also meant nighttime noise from a downstairs restaurant terrace and ambulance sirens could be bothersome.

The place was well‑located, clean, spacious, and easy to use. Almost nothing to criticize. I would definitely come back.

The multi‑storey parking lot next door was empty even during the Obon holidays, which was great. I could relax in the spacious area. It would have been nice to have a washing machine; there was a coin laundry about a five‑minute walk, so I used that.
