Super recommended, very quiet with great views and close to the center. The only downside was the shower—it’s not very large and not the most comfortable, but everything else was great.

Cozy small bungalow with lounge chairs and a lovely view. The sunset was stunning, especially with the beautiful dragon‑blood trees in the background, and the lounge chairs by the sunny pool were a treat. It’s super quiet and secluded. In the village there are several big supermarkets (Spar, Lidl) for groceries. Both Playa de Tazacorte and Puerto Naos are nice beach destinations (20 min drive) and both have great beach restaurants with fresh fish and tapas. The road to the place was unclear; Google Maps actually sent you the wrong way. The uphill drive to the accommodation was a bit nerve‑racking because it’s a steep, poorly maintained, bumpy road, but it eventually gets easier. Roads on La Palma are generally steep and winding, which takes some getting used to for a Dutch person. The mountainous scenery is beautiful, of course.

The layout and the arrangement of the houses are great! You can hear every word from the neighbor, the kitchen equipment is insufficient, so we had to add what we needed ourselves. Cleaning supplies like a mop, bucket, scrubber, or broom are missing. The sanitary technology is from the 90s. The boiler is small and has low power. There’s no heating. The instructions posted in the house only contain prohibitions, no guidance on where things are found, how to handle the trash, or how to get hot water in the kitchen.

The tranquility of the location was nice. We had booked an apartment with 2x single beds, but received a double bed instead. The host’s reaction when we asked about it was not pleasant; he didn’t have the option and we had to deal with it. Very uncomfortable.
