The room was huge, the view was amazing – you could see the hills, the city and the sea, it was quiet, and you could park several cars on the nearby street. The bed was comfortable, the hosts were friendly, and they helped with any issues. The Wi‑Fi doesn’t really reach the top floor.

We got lucky – they let us in a day early, which was a lifesaver. The terrace is huge, and getting to the beach is a breeze, plus there are shops close by. But snag: getting the room was a hassle, and the only tax info came via SMS, and the fridge is just a tiny mini‑fridge that barely fits anything, and the room looks nothing like the photos. Parking was a nightmare, especially since we were at the end of the season.

The place is great – the location, the layout, and the price‑to‑quality is solid, and the town of Sveti Vlas is charming. But there was no parking, the street to the finca is unpaved and full of stones, and there’s no barrier between our balcony and the neighbors’. Cleaning only happened once in four days, which was a bit disappointing.
