I was moved to a different house that was far from where I had booked, costing me over £30.00 in taxis and other transport fares. It also took up my sleeping time.
“Ok for the price”
The decor was nice and the location was close to where I needed to go, easy to access and not in a very noisy neighbourhood, which was good. The furniture was a bit worn, the chest of drawers, table, etc. seemed more for show and were falling apart. The lamp didn’t work. One toilet in a property with 5 rooms was not great. The room had a damp smell, the radiator was a nightmare because there were no instructions on it. A TV would have been a nice touch. The communal areas are very echoey, so when anyone opened or closed a door you could hear it throughout. Pillows were horrible; please just replace them with better quality ones, they were literally clumpy and felt really old and flat, the mattress on the bed was also terrible.

The door to the room was broken and I couldn’t get in; nobody answered my calls or texts in a timely way and I couldn’t use my reservation, so I had to book another hotel. Everything else was bad.
