Scam scam scam!! They took my money, I read other reviews and realised the caravan didn’t exist. Told multiple times, they wouldn’t help me until I turned up on the day 6 hours away from home on the promise they would relocate me at their expense. after 3 hours of waiting finally sent me alternative accommodation priced well over my budget over £3000 that they expected me to pay upfront they would pay 30% and refund me my £700 I had paid but I would have to wait 7-12 days!!! Luckily park found me another caravan but I had to pay again so my holiday wasn’t ruined. Terrible customer service they are well aware it’s a scam And it’s still on the website after being told multiple times to take it down. do nothing but facilitate these scammers. Don’t make the same mistake we did. No plot number no caravan name the phone number doesn’t exist. However highly recommend the park just book directly through them

I was scammed; no booking ever happened and the staff facilitated the trick, ruining our holiday.

There was no scam at all, as others claim, yet it remains unresolved and customer service is terrible.
