Everything went smoothly. The staff went the extra mile to keep the stay comfortable. It’s a genuinely nice hotel in central Hanoi, with no major complaints.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly. They even surprised me with cake on my birthday without me telling them, which I really appreciated.
