The views from this hotel are simply beautiful
Being right on the lake was a major highlight of my stay
The staff, particularly Patty and Michael in the office, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations

“Our stay in South Haven was beautiful and serene!”
The location and amenities were good, and the lake views were amazing! The heated pool on the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan was exactly what I wanted. The bed was very uncomfortable, the Wi‑Fi was not great, the property could use some maintenance, and there was no breakfast offered.
The hot water lasted only about 3 minutes, which was disappointing.

You can see incredible sunsets from the bluff. The TV was oddly positioned perpendicular to the bed, which felt strange, and there were no nightstands by the bed.
The views were amazing and I liked the secluded location. I was disappointed that, despite the description, no breakfast was actually provided. The grounds and the hotel need a little work, but overall it was a good stay.
