The hotel had its moments, but it was a bit of a mixed bag. The breakfast was seriously top-notch - I mean, I've had some good hotel breakfasts in my time, but this one was something else. Unfortunately, the lack of running water in the room was a bit of a deal-breaker. I mean, who doesn't want to be able to wash their hands or take a refreshing shower after a long day out?
The hotel is close enough to the airport, but the room was very dusty, the TV wasn’t working, there was no hot water, breakfast was very basic and the food I asked for wasn’t provided.
“Staff were accommodating but everything else is disappointing”
The highlight of my stay was definitely the friendly and accommodating staff - thanks to the two women who made my stay so much easier. I also appreciated the breakfast being included in the room rate, and the security guard outside the building made me feel safer. However, the hotel had some major drawbacks - the water was only cold, the WiFi didn't reach the bedroom, the bed was more like a single than a double, and the room was tiny.
