We experienced a truly wonderful stay at Lotus Estate Colombo. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, and their genuine hospitality made all the difference. A special mention to Sumith, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He remembered our preferences, right down to how we liked our food prepared, and made sure every detail was handled seamlessly. It's those thoughtful little touches that made us feel so well looked after. Everything was flawless from start to finish. Thank you, Sumith, and the whole team, for your kindness, care, and the many small gestures that made our stay so memorable. Keep doing what you do so well. You made our time here truly special! ✨🙏🏼
