The location, lounge, room quality, and amazing view were great, but the initial room on another floor was much older and smelled of mould (it was the rainy season), so we moved without any issue, and the meeting rooms were not available after 8pm for no logical reason.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot right near the station and within walking distance of the main dining and shopping areas. However, the staff were rigid and the policies inflexible, and the breakfast served in a cramped room felt chaotic and far from relaxing. The overall experience felt pricey for what was offered.

The location was fine, but the staff didn’t offer much help and the bathroom looked outdated. Despite the high price, there was no lounge access, and the Wi‑Fi disappeared after a few hours; the staff couldn’t resolve the issue, so I had to sort it out myself.
