The staff were super friendly. The spa and wellness area looked a bit dated, but the equipment was top quality. There’s a nice Italian restaurant on the ground floor. I ran into an issue with a 150 CHF deposit that the hotel’s IT system mishandled, not staff error. Breakfast was mostly crowded because the holiday apartments in the complex also had breakfast reservations, yet the hotel guests were kept separate from the apartment guests. Still, the breakfast area was overcrowded.

The breakfast was a let‑down – the scrambled eggs were pretty bland and the range of sausage and cheese was minimal. After a long night I was hoping for a more satisfying spread.

The spa area was truly impressive and the food tasty, while the convenient location and friendly staff added to the overall positive vibe. The only drawback was our room – it felt cramped, tucked under the roof slope and without a balcony, which made it seem like a budget assignment. Still, I’d recommend the hotel overall.
