The location is very good, close to the sea rock and within walking distance of the main beach, just a few meters from stunning sea views. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The dogs are friendly. The terrace needs a full renovation and the house is very old‑style, but that’s fine.

Location. Close to the Canteras and Confital beaches. Not far from the bus station at Santa Catalina. Supermarkets within five minutes walk. The couple who own it are pleasant. Value for money. The description of the property does not state that the owners live in it and use one of the bedrooms and the facilities. The single bedroom I had was small and only had a window opening into the house. The other letting bedroom has the same window arrangement. The bathroom had an extractor fan but it did not work.The website states no pets, but the owners have three dogs, two of which lived with them in their bedroom and one on the rooftop terrace. The dog on the rooftop did bark loudly late at night and early in the morning. I would only have booked for two or three nights if I had known the owners lived in the property

+ Die Lage + Freundliche Gastgeber. - Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster nach draußen, deswegen hatte es für mich einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch im Zimmer und es war stickig. - Das Badezimmer war sauber, jedoch sehr unordentlich - Die Matratze ist durchgelegen. - Das hat zwar nichts mit dem Zimmer zu tun: Aber die Haltung der Schildkröte wirkte für mich nicht sehr artgerecht. Das tat mir sehr leid
