“Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes ordentliches Familienhotel mit guter Küche zu einem fairen Preis”
The highlight is the location right on top of the Mendelpass, and for us, as motorcyclists, it felt like home straight away. When we arrived, they offered to lock our bikes in the garage attached to the annex, which was closed at night, and there was even a small workshop corner with an air compressor. The hotel’s pizza baker owns a Ducati Panigale, and we added an extra night to the booked stay and dined at the restaurant, where the pizzas were the evening’s star. Overall, a solid family hotel that feels comfortable. However, the building is clearly older; our room was small and sparsely furnished, and we missed internet in the room, though the bar and restaurant downstairs had decent access.
The staff are very friendly, the value for money is good, and the location is great.
The staff are extremely friendly! The pizza is excellent, and the location is very nice.
“Холодно”
The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good. Free parking is available right outside the hotel. The sound insulation from neighboring rooms is poor, it was very cold, the hotel isn’t a modern property, and there’s no Wi‑Fi.
“Old fashion retro style hotel with a good restaurant.”
The pizzeria is very good with tasty food at reasonable prices. It’s a great spot for motorcyclists and cyclists. The house lady is a nice older woman who runs the hotel and restaurant in a somewhat “conservative” way, so if you like retro, you’ll feel at home. The accommodation is in rather cramped rooms with genuinely historic furnishings; it’s clean but not comfortable, the bathrooms look like the 1970s and the beds are a bit of a mess.
