“سيء للغاية”

Only the location mattered. The reception style, especially Ahmed and Hamad, was extremely rude and impolite. The hotel did maintenance on Saturday morning and we couldn’t sleep; we kept warning them, but they didn’t care or respect the inconvenience. Asking them not to call to demand checkout because of the disturbance was ignored. How can maintenance happen on a holiday morning without any consideration? Ahmed and Hamad behaved in ways no reception staff should. I won’t book in advance here even though I’ve booked many times before.

“استقبالهم يحتاج يتعلم اداب الاستقبال !!”

The only thing that mattered was the location. At the reception, a guy named Hamad Al Haider woke me up at 11 am after I’d just fallen asleep around 5 am, telling me to leave! On top of that, maintenance workers were rattling the wall above me all morning, keeping me from sleeping, and the reception was rude and demanding I leave again. I was left to sleep just so they could force me out.

“ما اكررها ولا انصح فيها اسوء تجربة إقامة في فندق”

الموقع فقط. الريحه والغرفه مو نظيفه نهائيا ولا فيها شامبو كان خالص والحمام وصخ
